Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on the Rapid Propagation System of Broussonetia papyrifera L. Vent Explants

Broussonetia papyrifera is an important ecological and economic tree species. The sexual reproduction of B. not only has a low germination rate, but also requires high environmental conditions. Therefore, asexual propagation using tissue culture can effectively improve the efficiency papyrifera. In this study, leaves budded shoots were used as explants, different concentrations plant growth regulators added to Murashige Skoog medium (MS) establish suitable system for explant callus formation, adventitious buds differentiation rooting. results showed that MS + 0.50 mg/L naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) 0.25 6-benzyladenine(6-BA) NAA 6-BA best mediums rapid induction from leaf explants shoot respectively. combination proliferation was 0.05 6-BA, coefficient could promote bud growth. rooting in establishment NAA. Under condition, average numbers 1.71 13.86, addition, transplanting substrate mixture soil:perlite:vermiculite (20:1:1), survival rate 91.1%. This study established vitro papyrifera, provided reference other woody plants.
